Our Process

First Contact

This is the stage where the client(you) first contacts us via any of our social media handles, referrals or ads. The client may do a Discovery Call or a Chat to discuss their intentions and what they hope to achieve. The duration of the call is a maximum of 15 minutes. A site meeting is scheduled during the discovery call or chat. After the call or chat, the client receives a Design Questionnaire. Our design questionnaire helps us understand you and your design ambitions for the project along with your timescales and budget. Client should fill the questionnaire as this will set the basis for an interactive session upon physical meet.

Physical Consultation

In this stage,

- Meet with the client at the site to go over the questionnaire and have an interactive session with the client. (1 hour)

- Discuss designs and share verbal ideas with the client.

- Give the client a preliminary or estimated cost of the project (understand that this is not the exact cost for the project as cost may be higher than estimated, depending on the element of the project)

Client is required to pay a consultation fee at this stage. (Detailed information on this can be here)

Planning and Designing

In this stage,

- After the site visit, we will come up with a design bearing client’s specification in mind.

- A design is created and will be in form of a mood board for presentation to client. It can be done in 3D format upon client’s request.

- If client request a 3D format for presentation, Client will be required to pay for this service as a separate fee. There is no fixed fee for this service due to the different requirements by different clients.

Alterations and additions may take about 2 – 5 days depending on the scale.

Designing may take 10 – 14 working days depending on the scale of the project.

Design Presentation

In this stage, a design is presented to the client in preferred format for approval.

Material sample presentation with the client for selection.

 Physical or virtual presentation for Platinum Consultation Package only and Virtual presentation for other consultation packages.

Preparation and submission of Invoice

In this stage,

- Detailed Invoice with project schedules and timelines will be sent to the client.

- Approval of Invoice by client.

- After approval, client is required to read and sign a legal agreement binding the entire project.

- Mobilization of the project by client.

Mobilization is 70% of the total project amount. The balance of 30% shall be paid using a breakdown provided upon agreement.

Execution and Completion of Project

In this stage,

Project commences.

- If client requires a change after mobilization, client will cover the extra charges caused by the change.

- Project is installed and delivered.

- Finished project is presented and handed over to client.
