Designed for studio to three-bedroom apartments, the TCP Curated Living Package is a curated offering tailored for mid-scale residential projects within clearly defined budget ranges. This is not an open service. It is a controlled program created for clients who want a well-executed, cohesive space without unnecessary excess, while working within a structured scope, timeline, and financial framework. Each project is carefully reviewed and selected to ensure alignment with our design standards, execution capacity, and overall project readiness.

The TCP Curated Living Experience is a carefully structured residential program designed for studio to three-bedroom apartments within defined budget ranges.
This offering establishes a clear design direction and execution framework across your key living spaces, ensuring a cohesive, functional, and well-resolved environment without unnecessary excess.
Each project is approached with discipline and intention, balancing design quality with budget efficiency to deliver spaces that feel considered, complete, and aligned with TCP’s standards.
What’s Included
Project Scope: Studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments
Budget Range: ₦20M – ₦40M (project-based)
Additional fee for locations outside Lagos (Logistics and accommodations).
Important Note
This is a curated and budget-defined offering.
All projects are reviewed and selected based on scope, budget alignment, and readiness. Acceptance and consideration are at the discretion of TCP Design Studio. Clients must pay 80% of the investment upfront to mobilise the project once accepted by TCP.
Projects that fall outside the defined scope or require expanded customization may be transitioned to our full-service design offering.
- Upon mobilization of the project, the client will be required to sign a more comprehensive agreement binding the project mobilization and delivery. After this is done, payment can be made to commence the project.
- For projects outside Lagos, the client is responsible for logistics/accommodation to and from the site city, starting from the first visit until the project is mobilized.
