OUR DESIGN CONSULTATION
Our design consultation is a tailored and seamless way to start your design journey with us. A consultation fee is required to be paid to kickstart your design process. We have 3 packages available for our clients.
THE TCP SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE

Investment: From ₦950,000 per space
Format: Virtual or In-person

Format: Virtual or In-person
Designed for clients who want a fully developed visual design concept without 3D renders or technical elevations. This package provides the aesthetic blueprint and layout needed to execute your space with confidence.

- One (1) 3D view per space
- Furniture layout and spatial planning
- 1–2 rounds of design refinements
- Colour palette, and material direction (fabric & finish suggestions)

THE DESIGN FOUNDATION EXPERIENCE

Format: In-person or Virtual
Ideal for clients who want a fully developed design concept without 3D visualisations. This experience provides a cohesive aesthetic direction, detailed layouts, and curated material guidance to help you execute your space with clarity, confidence, and intention.

- Conceptual colour palette and material guidance.
- Furniture selection and sourcing.

THE DESIGN DIRECTION SESSION
For clarity. For confidence. For a beautifully guided beginning.
Investment: From ₦150,000 per space
Format: Advisory only | Not project-based
Perfect for clients who want expert design clarity before making major decisions. This session gives you professional insight, immediate direction, and the confidence to move forward with intention without committing to a full project.
What’s Included
- 60-minute consultation (virtual or in-person)
- Review of your photos, videos, inspiration, or floor plan
- Expert guidance on:
– Spatial flow
– Color palette direction
– Furniture type and placement
– Material and finish suggestions
NOTE
The consultation fee is also inclusive of operational costs for the design process. If the client mobilizes the project, 20% of the consultation payment will be returned by deducting it from the service charge in the invoice.
- A service charge will be included in the quote. The service charge is 30% of the subtotal. (This depends on the total project budget)
- Upon mobilization of the project, the client will be required to sign a more comprehensive agreement binding the project mobilization and delivery. After this is done, payment can be made to commence the project.
- For projects outside Lagos, the client is responsible for logistics/accommodation to and from the site city, starting from first visit until when project is mobilized.
